The pilgrim church of St. John of Nepomuk is situated on 'Zelená hora' in the Moravian town of Žďár nad Sázavou. Built in the 18th century, the church was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage site list in 1994. Unfortunately it's closed in mid January, and the weather didn't help much, but I'm sure it would be better during the 'tourist' season. I shall return to view it properly! #UNESCO #architecture

Havlíčkovo Náměstí is the main square in the Moravian town Žďár nad Sázavou. Whilst it looks nice with the snow and the tree, this town isn't particularly photogenic. There are many buildings from the socialist era, which are not exactly architecturally inviting. Still, it's a decent place to stop if passing, especially to visit the castle and UNESCO inscribed St. John of Nepomuk church.
In recognition of its unique value, the whole complex of Pilgrimage Church of St. John of Nepomuk at Zelena hora was placed on the prestigious UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage in 1994. http://www.zdarns.cz/

因為是個小城市，火車站外無計程車。飯店距離車站不遠，無須帶著行李長途跋涉是一大優勢。 距離市中心/動物園/觀光景點也都在可步行的範圍內。 酒店品質也非常好，是一個值得推薦的旅館。

Great mini vacation in the middle of a beautiful nature. Very nice pool. Excellent buffet breakfast included and option to purchase buffet dinner. Would stay again.
