「Where do i even start from? I am a frequent traveler and this Balote hotel is the worst place i have ever lodged. The first day i got there i was mistakenly locked inside the building with keys from outside and i couldn't go out, i later found out someone had locked the door from outside because they thought there was no one in the building. The t.v in my room was not working, so i called the number on their email (no receptionist on sight) and the lady that spoke with me was so dismissive. I...
