Exclusive Arthur vacation apartment in a historic townhouse in a prime central location!

Bright, luxuriously furnished holiday apartment with high ceilings, elaborate stucco details, large double doors, and hardwood floors in a historic townhouse with an impressive exterior façade.
The apartment is located in the former residence of Arthur Jubelt, an art historian and publisher who served as Zeitz’s first acting mayor and was named an honorary citizen of the city.
Prime central location on the Altmarkt, just a few metres from shops, cafés, restaurants, and historic sights.
Zeitz is about 40 kilometres from Leipzig and 25 from Gera.
The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, right next to the Franciscan Monastery.
Moritzburg Castle, the Moritzburg Castle Museum, and the German Stroller Museum are just 500 metres away and can be reached on foot in 6 minutes. The starting point for the “Underground Zeitz” tour is only 150 metres away and can be reached in 2 minutes.
Right across the street is the quaint and highly recommended German restaurant Alt-Zeitz.
The traditional butcher shop right across the street offers delicious meat and sausage products made in-house, as well as very tasty “Ossi” rolls and bread—the kind of quality you rarely find these days. :-) :-)
The Walther bakery, where the bread is made, is located 4 minutes away at Kalkstr. 34 and also offers delicious homemade cakes.
