The apartment "starfish" is located on the ground floor of the villa and consists of a living-dining room with a modern kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Since we want you to feel good, we have put a lot of emphasis on good facilities. In the living area is a pull-out couch and a reading lamp for leisurely picnics. The modern kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed. The balcony is covered and equipped with garden furniture.

The Villa Meeresrauschen is an exclusive bathing villa in the seaside resort of Zempin, which has been renovated in the years 2007 to 2008. It is situated in a quiet location directly behind the coastal protection forest. There are different studios and apartments in the villa. The size of the apartments varies between 22 and 65 square meters. The apartments are mostly equipped with balcony or terrace. There is a free car park for each apartment. In addition, you have the possibility to use the covered bicycle rack. You reach the new Zempiner beach promenade in about five minutes directly to the sea.
