Fantastic stay near heavenly

Easy parking at the house and quick to get to Heavenly or a grocery store. House is nice and spacious with two dining tables and an open living room. Fit our group of 8 very well. The hot tub is in the basement room with no windows, so it gets quite hot sitting in the hot tub. We couldn't all fit in it at the same time anyways so we had to take turns going in. Ended up working fine.

Perfect proximity to casinos and state line

Condo is a perfect place with 6 real beds and only 1 mile from the casinos and state line. Would most definitely rent again!!

Great property, location, and owner

Place is a mile from the casino's, has a cute clubhouse, and most importantly was as advertised, clean and had everything we could want. Very cozy place we made home for a few days. Would for sure stay again.

Great value, spacious and great location!

Stayed with a group of 7 and we had a great time. Only 10 minute drive to California Lodge parking lot at Heavenly. Less than 5 minutes to numerous restaurants, shops and casinos. Parking was easy and the garage provided great area for storing gear at the end of the day. Very clean and more spacious that I expected. Recommended!

Great spot for Tahoe fun

Nice property in good location with all needed amenities (plus a cool little indoor hot tub room for good measure). Owner was responsive to inquiries etc. and no issues to report. Would rent here again.

Spacious and Close to South Lake Tahie

We were not given the code to get into the unit but the owner was very responsive when called. Also, the unit was 43 degrees inside when we arrived (winter trip). The owner was sheepish and apologetic. But first night was very cold. Otherwise a good stay.

Excellent rental with lots to offer

This rental was a great fit for our group. Even though we had events to attend (our son’s wedding), we still had time to take advantage of what the rental had to offer: hot tub, deck, electric fireplace, electric grill, games, pool, playground, pickleball courts as well as hiking, dining & shopping in the South Tahoe / Stateline area. There is a very well stocked kitchen with enough dishes & glasses that we only had to run the dishwasher when it was full. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was clean and neat. So much to do that we didn’t even need to turn on any of the TVs!!! We experienced prompt communication with the host during check in and check out – which was all that was needed.

Very spacious and comfortable condo

Very spacious and comfortable condo. Would rent again. Comfortable beds. Clean. Beautiful condo complex pool. Close to Nevada beach and Round Hill Pines beach. Someone came to readjust the cold water intake for the clothes washing machine promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Nice jam in the woods

We really enjoyed our stay at Randy's cabin. It was very clean, larger than we thought with very nice new flooring and furniture in the living room. Loved sitting at the fireplace and play checkers with my kid. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets if needed. Clean nice bathrooms with all the supplies. The kitchen had all the essentials, I would just add a couple salad bowls, but overall I was able to find everything I needed. The cabin is 5 min drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and even closer to the main strip with all the hotels, casinos, and restaurants. Very easy check-in and check out and excellent prompt communication with the owner. There were only 4 of us, but the house can accommodate for up to 9 people, very spacious. My family was happy to stay at this Tahoe cabin, thanks for having us!

Awesome stay!

We came here for a Bachelorette Party that was almost two years in the making (thanks Covid!). Then just as we thought we were in the clear, the Condor Fire broke out in Tahoe two days before our stay! But Randy was super flexible and gave us the option to reschedule if we needed to, etc. We ended up going anyways and had an amazing time! The home was awesome, indoor hot tub was PERFECT and Randy was super responsive! Will definitely come back next time I am in Tahoe.

Great Location

The Host was very responsive to our messages. The location was extremely convenient — Less than a mile or two away from the main strip, the beach and a grocery store nearby. We only had 4 but there was plenty of room for more.

Loved this place!!!

This was the nicest condo we had stayed at out of the last 6 visits to Tahoe in Lake Village. We were very comfortable and the owner was literally a text/phone call away to address all of our questions, needs, and concerns. We will definitely be staying again!!! Thanks Randy.

Issues with some appliances not working correctly.Lost one bedroom after we had all ready paid for condo.Listed as 4 bedroom but was strictly 3.Some carpets badly stained, as was the bedding. Its more of a place for the younger party crowds.

Housekeeping is poor

Location of this property was perfect. Home owner was helpful with letting us check in early. Plenty of space and beds but the housekeeping was poor. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling, vomit on master bathroom door, stain on master bed comforter, and broken window blind in living room.

Unforgettable Weekend

This was a great place and a great location to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday with family and a few of his friends! There was plenty of space for the ten of us to spread out, due to Covid, and even w/ many singles. There were a couple tables for meals, a bbq, and plenty of dishes and kitchenware. There were several TVs, movies, and games for indoor entertainment. However, the indoor spa was the perfect activity, especially during a particularly cold night. There was enough parking for three cars ... registration for them with the shorter Covid hours was our only challenge. Even so, we didn’t have any trouble. It was also walking distance to the casinos, which helped when different groups wanted to return at different times. The owner was very quick to respond with questions as well. We definitely plan to return!
