Zephyr Heights is a quiet residential neighborhood on Lake Tahoe's east shore, moments from Zephyr Cove Beach and a 10-minute drive from the dining, casinos, and skiing of South Lake Tahoe.
HOUSE RULES:
✦ No parties, gatherings, or events.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
✦ Maximum 4 vehicles, in designated areas with the issued placards.
✦ Maximum occupancy 10 guests.
✦ The primary renter must be 25 or older with a photo ID and credit card on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY (direct bookings):
✦ 7-day grace period from booking; cancel within it and forfeit only the booking fee.
✦ 60 to 30 days before arrival: forfeit 50% of rent and associated taxes.
✦ Within 30 days of arrival: forfeit all payments, including taxes and fees.
✦ Bookings made through Airbnb or VRBO follow that channel's cancellation policy.
