"Overall pleasant experience, especially the tour driver Mr. Wang. However, we were not pleased that the electricity went out on the second night, leaving us in total dark and cold with no air conditioning, etc. The staff were not well trained to apologize in this situation but just remained silent. ..."

Disappointing and not worth the price
"For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. ..."
