Das Haus samt Umgebung ist schön, alles andere ist eine Katastrophe

Laut Inserat sind Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Gesamtpreis inbegriffen. Dem ist leider nicht so, die Endreinigung hat 55 € gekostet, alles andere haben wir selber mitgebracht, da die Wäschepakete einfach unverschämt teuer waren. Sofort nach der Buchungsanfrage haben wir eine Zahlungsanforderung bekommen. Diese wurde innerlab von 24 h wiederholt mit der Androhung von Strafgebühren. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir noch nicht einmal eine Buchungsbestätigung, die kam erst mehrere Stunden nach der 2. Zahlungsaufforderung. Leider haben wir vor Ort etwas liegen lassen. Auf die per WhatsApp geleistete Bitte, die Dinge hinterher zu senden (mit Bitte, die entstandenen Kosten von der Kaution abzuziehen) kam noch nicht einmal eine Antwort. Wir fühlen uns abgezogen, schon alleine, weil die Zahlungsmodalitäten im Inserat nicht mit der Wirklichkaiet übereinstimmen. Da konnte auch das wirklich nette Haus die Stimmung nicht retten.
