The apartment is only 3 min walking distance from the historical center and also 3 min to the shopping malls Mirage and Aupark. The transport connection (train and bus station) is approximately 4min walk from the apartment. Although it is located in the center, it is a quiet and spacious place.
Recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment (38m2) is on the first floor without elevator. The apartment has a separate kitchen and a bathroom, including a bathtub with a shower. There is 120 cm wide sofa bed in the apartment. It is suitable for three adults. Upon a request, it can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Guests can use the entire apartment.
Ready to use: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas cooker, TV, radio, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a dryer. Kitchenware is, of course, included.
Amongst other amenities are bath towels, bedding, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen towels.
