「Been here a couple of stays and the takeaway has always been the excellent customer experience from the staff. Front desk is amazing and the staff from kitchen to housekeeping is always so friendly and says Good Morning. It’s the little things that make the difference.」

「Room was mostly clean but corners of tile not as good as could be, there was no hair dryer, no coffee pot in room and air-conditioner worked but was up high and hard to reach - breakfast didn't have much to chose from, parking was excellent and Staff was the most helpful we've ever seen, even helped carry bags to our room, very nice office desk staff - we wold stay there again but only for an overnight-er, not for more than one night simply due to lack of amenities」

I made fresh waffles with butter and syrup, 2 hard boiled eggs with butter, salt, and pepper, a container of peach yogurt, and ate a slice of wheat bread with butter and grape jelly with my two cups of coffee that was just freshly brewed. Staff were very helpful to me and all the guest I witnessed while I was there for my two day and 2 night stay. The indoor swimming pool was open, but my schedule and events I participated in over the weekend had me leaving...

「Kind of loud being by the highway and side road, nothing to do about that I should have thought about noise but we worked through that. Stayed during a big baseball tournament. People arriving early and late. Obnoxious and loud family right below us kids running around screaming and parents were no less quiet. Dealt with it as they got settled, but two hours in (this was 12:30 AM) I was done. I went out to see what was going on noticed parents had a drink in their hand and the kids were just...

「Room was decent, features are old and design is outdated. Definite sign of ware and tear. Staff was ok, demeanor was standoffish and not welcoming. Restaurant hours are inconvenient. Bed was comfortable, and gated parking with hotel entrance was convenient and appreciated.」

「Rooms are clean, very comfy bed! What absolutely brings me back to this hotel is the fact that every room faces the river which is gorgeous! Great location. Blocks away from downtown. Will definitely be back.」

「Could not sleep due to staff literally trashing out a hotel room next to mine. If they knew this was scheduled they should’ve put us in a further room, they were dumping stuff out, banging on the walls with hammer and moving furniture. Completely disrupted any relation we wished to find. The pool is very cold and the breakfast area only has seating for three families. The cleaning ladies do not say hi they just stare you down. The only nice person was the man at the front desk」
