「离瀑布很近，位置好，食物品质尚可。但是设施老旧，浴室淋浴水压小，房间窗帘不工作，窗式空调状况很差，不是不制冷就是噪音很大，难以入睡。维修员工无能为力。」

Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always.
