Sauberkeit OK, warmes Wasser nur Tröpfchen weiße

Wohnung sehr schön und sehr ruhig, bis auf die zahlreichen Spinnweben und der Schmutz unter dem Sitzmöbel. Duschen war leider nur im Saunabereich möglich, warm Wasser kein Wasserdruck in der Wohnung.Saunazeiten von 2,5 Stunden Nachmittags zu wenig, habe an keinen der Urlaubstage einen Ruheplatz bekommen, eventuell würde bei mehr Zeit, sich der Andrang verteilen.

Schöne zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral gelegen. Sie ist perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet und es ist alles vor Ort was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.Der einzige Manko ist dass die Dusche undicht ist und leider kein Duschvorleger vorhanden ist.

FeWo in bester Lage, ruhig, nah zum Meer und zum Zentrum; gute Parkmöglichkeiten, die Wohnung ist geputzt aber nicht sauber, Gebrauchsgegenstände (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw.) sind teilweise abgenutzt und nicht sauber; sehr guter Wellnessbereich im Haus;

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Sehr entspannter und angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestatteten Wohnung. Zwei Parkplätze (einer davon in der Tiefgarage) waren ebenfalls dabei. Zentrale Lage der Wohnung: der Strand ist ca. 500m entfernt und in die andere Richtung sind es max. 500m zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden.

Schöne Wohnung aber mit Treppe

Gute Lage! Ruhig und mit den 2 Balkonen auch ohne Strandwetter schön. Leider ist das im Dachgeschoss gelegene Schlafzimmer ohne Lüftung, sodass sich die Tageswärme auch nachts hält. Wohnung etwas vollgestopft und zu viel Krimskrams überall.

Netter kleiner Urlaub an der Ostsee

Der Aufenthalt in dieser FeWo war zufriedenstellend bis gut. Als Minus muß man leider die nicht ganz optimale Toilettenspülung bezeichnen, eine nicht gut funktionierende Spülmaschine und ein leider etwas unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss in der Duschkabine. Sehr gut an der Anlage war der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, die beiden Balkone, die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster sowie die tolle Sauna. Man schläft angenehm ruhig, das Fenster lässt sich mittels Fernbedienung öffnen. Schön viel Platz und Stauraum für Klamotten. Ansonsten ist die FeWo mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Im Großen und Ganzen zu empfehlen 👍

traumhaftes Appartement

Leider war ich nur kurze Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Appartement. Es ist unheimlich liebevoll eingerichtet und es wurde an alles gedacht, was man so zum leben braucht. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkons, was mir sehr gefällt und eine wunderschöne Galerie in der sich der Schlafraum befindet. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und der Agentur war sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Ich kann dieses Appartement absolut empfehlen. Das Haus und das Außengelände ist sehr gepflegt und mit den verschiedenen Pflanzen, dem Stil des Hauses im Einklang… Ich komme sehr gern wieder 🌸

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage, ruhige Umgebung, gute Ausstattung, perfekte Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Terrasse am Bad war arg verschmutzt und der Duschenabfluss verstopft, was aber durch den Hausmeister zügig in Ordnung gebracht wurde.
