It is on the ground floor and is ideal for couples and families of 2 to a maximum of 4 people. An underground parking space is available.

With its bright and welcoming atmosphere, the 50 m² apartment features a large living room with a fold-out sofa bed and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed (large mattress topper covering both sides of the bed), as well as a spacious hallway and a bathroom with a shower.

On the covered east-facing balcony, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the sun and watch the activity on the dike.

There is a direct view of the sea from beach access point No. 13.

There is a communal bicycle parking area in the underground garage.

For your relaxation, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) as well as a laundromat—all available for a fee.
