This well-equipped, family-friendly apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet streets in the seaside resort Zingst, about 500 m to the beach and 100 m to the center.

The apartment with 66m² of living space is located on the ground floor of a house with a total of six apartments. They can be occupied with a maximum of four persons. The centerpiece of the accommodation is the spacious living and dining area with sofa, armchairs, CD player, radio, flat screen TV 48 inches, free Wi-Fi. Dining table and
Kitchenette.

The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob with oven, dishes, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer. A toaster, egg cooker and kettle are also available. Furthermore, you have the choice between a Senseo coffee machine or coffee maker.

The apartment offers two bedrooms. In the first room there is a 200cm wide double bed, wardrobe and two bedside. The second room has two 90cm wide box spring beds (which are also together) and a wardrobe.
All windows have exterior blinds and insect screens.
Children games are available.
The bathroom with shower, large mirror and towel warmer, children's increase for vanity, hair dryer and make-up mirror complete the offer.
From the living area you have direct access to the private terrace. On this are 4 garden chairs, a table and a parasol. Storage box for cushions.
We have our own bike shed and private parking in front of the house.
A communal barbecue area can be found on our outdoor area.
In Lumber room you can also enjoy our carts for the holiday season are available.
There are two houses, each with six apartments on a 1,800 m² plot of land, which is bordered by hedges.

Travel cot are available on request and high chair available free of charge. Please specify when booking if required equal.
You can order a linen package for € 16 .-- per person. It contains:
1x bed linen, a bath towel, two towels and two guest towels.

Please order with booking, otherwise we assume that you bring your laundry.

Some restaurants, shops and children's playground as well as horse riding, tennis, mini golf, fishing, surfing, a nudist beach, swimming pool, sauna and doctors are nearby. Please About the Zingster tourist office ask for additional activities such as: Nordic Walking, hikes and tours, cycling, horse riding / carriage rides, skating and many water sports.
