The apartment No. 4 is located in the bungalow, which is in the rear area of the property. The bungalow is rented from May 1st each year to September 30th each year. • 5 adults plus a toddler up to max. 3 years can use the bungalow, • the bungalow is heated by decentralized electric convectors, the electricity consumption is included; • 1 allocated parking space is available for each holiday home on the open property, • baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) is available upon prior reservation, • bed linen and towels can be rented on site upon advance reservation, • smoking is permitted within the apartments / bungalows not permitted, • Guests can use DSL Internet access via WiFi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service on our part, so it is not a property of the holiday home that is guaranteed in the sense of travel law. Accordingly, rent reductions cannot be claimed if the system or parts of it or a router fails. The apartments are pleasant and functional. The beach is about 0.40 km and the property is centrally located in the center of Zinnowitz.
