On the recessed from the street, quiet plot they have their parking space at the house Baltic Sea Crystal. The ground floor apartment "Emerald" offers with its fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful living area enough space for up to 3 people. The bedroom with a spacious double bed is separated from the living area by two glazed sliding glass doors. The bathroom is equipped with a high-quality spa shower and a hair dryer. The third bed is in the living room on the sofa bed. In the apartment you have free Wi-Fi and in the basement washer and dryer (for a fee) available. The terrace facing away from the street with seating area and sun loungers invites you to relax and a cozy barbecue.


Investment:

 The house Ostseekristall is infrastructurally well connected to the road and cycle network. The complex offers you three high-quality apartments, with their sizes of 35 sqm, 55 sqm and 75 sqm from 2 to 5 people invite to spend their holidays there. Stylish, modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchens and Wi-Fi are among the features of the three holiday homes. A holiday with a dog is possible. The parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

Zinnowitz is located in the north of the island of Usedom and is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. The place thrilled by its resort architecture from the 20th Century and an idyllic, 40m wide beach, with the "Vinetabrücke". With a variety of events, value is placed on cultural highlights of the tourists. The Vineta Festival on the open-air stage, the theater '' Blechbüchse '', the club cinema, the bandstand, the miniature golf course and tennis courts complete the range of leisure activities.

Schöne Unterkunft am Ortsrand

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und für eine Person oder ein paar perfekt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten - wie die Sauberkeit in den Ecken - hätten besser sein können. Aber generell weiterzuempfehlen für diesen Preis.
