This level also features an open kitchen measuring 10 square meters, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, grill, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. Additionally, there's a shower and WC on this level. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, are two rooms measuring 18 square meters each, with sloping ceilings and one double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) in each room. Another shower and WC are available on this floor.
