“This property is located two blocks from the downtown area and is a great location for exploring Tucson. Our bed was extremely comfortable! In the morning, there are well stocked coffee and tea stations, and the complimentary snacks were a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!”

“说是下午四点钟会给我们发房间密码，可是四点半也没有发。我们四点前就已经到达酒店，没有人，找不到人，找不到房间，因为是个民居改造而成。其实位置不是很好找。无奈之下我打了酒店预留电话才发给我号码。是怕我们不去入住还是怎么回事？搞不清楚。房间内非常脏，地面、卫生间甚至咖啡机内（装水处）都是灰尘、毛发。一看就是很久没有打扫。说是会有两瓶瓶装水饮用，可是什么也没有，幸亏我们自己带有饮用水。”

“We absolutely love this hotel and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when visiting Tucson. The staff is incredible—always welcoming and attentive—and the rooms are kept as clean as possible. Each morning, the same friendly face greets us at breakfast, and the kitchen staff does a great job making sure everything is well-stocked and fresh. The only small issue we noticed was the carpeting in the rooms—it could use a deep cleaning, as we noticed some discoloration when wearing white……
