Nice hotel great location with good breakfast. Pool was nice and staff friendly. Only down side was no air which is something that maybe I overlooked when booking

Room was clean, a little dated, but fine. No iron or ironing board was provided, so if you come in late you will have to improvise to smooth your shirts.

Very happy with Residence Zug. They helped us to make the room a bit cooler by lending us another fan. The swimming pool was great for the kids and very quiet so we used it a lot. Nice breakfast. Everything in our room was clean and we had plenty of space to move around in there. Thank you.

The room was dark and incredibly warm - there was a heatwave but the fan (there was no AC) was not sufficient and I couldn’t sleep because of the heat. It is a good location, and the breakfast was decent

Staff is excellent: friendly, helpful, courteous. Breakfast was outstanding - offers more than we could try, and everything was tasty. Bed and room were a bit warm, but OK for one night; Residence is next to the main building, but still very close. Surroundings are very beautiful.

Stayed in the Residence that is part of the Park Hotel in Zug. Good central location, 5 mins walk from the train station. Big room with a balcony, good shower, little / no aircon so a fan was in the room but it was quite noisy. Main point to note is that you need to check in at the Park Hotel next door to get your key - there wasn't any signage at the Residence to tell you this so be prepared. Overall good experience.

We really liked the staff—they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortably hot. Because of the heat, we had to leave the windows open, which led to bugs and even a cockroach in the room. Also, we couldn’t access the swimming pool because our keys didn’t work, and we weren’t sure why. Overall, the staff were great, but the lack of air conditioning and maintenance issues affected our stay.
