"The staff who met us by our car, after easily entering the lot to park, was professional and informative and even joyful. The front desk arranged our dining. The restaurant and bar were lovely. We won’t bother considering other accommodations in Biarritz in the future!"

"Initially we were not told that we should reserve for parking, so finding where we were to park was confusing; however, the lot was fine and we were charged 2 euros! The hotel is a design dream. Crazy that you can see into the bathroom, but it works. The club on the top floor is fun with a great view of the city. The staff is very patient and friendly."

"Pretty near perfect! Great for an overnight stay and in a great location to walk to local shops and restaurants. The only thing missing is usb sockets! Everything else is excellent. This is our second stop and we will stay again."
