「Lovely apartment with everything you need and a great host!」

「Check-in was super easy. Apartment was sparkling clean, cute retro decor and with a super comfy mattress and puffy duvet! Kitchen also had great quality utensils and all we needed. The apartment was exactly as advertised and filled all our needs. Quite a bargain and so much better than a hotel! We were grateful for the nice front-loading washer and dryer when we got caught hiking by a thunderstorm!」

「The apartment met my needs. However, it had a bad odor. Had to keep windows open to air out.」

「This was a great place for us to stay while we had appointments at the Mayo Clinic. It is very bright and open with tons of windows. Becca was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All of the rooms are spacious, and the extra half-bath is very convenient.」

「酒店设施新，空间大，位置优」

「The other people staying there partied until about 3 a.m. We got very little sleep.」

「Close to Mayo's and shopping.」

「Simple, yet absolutely superb accommodations. Incredible view from room and walking distance to all major sights! 」

「Quaint small town, central location, great communication from owner, nice living room area TV, 2 couches, large bathroom, nice shower & makeup vanity area, compact kitchen with everything you could possibly need, tasteful decor with local art, sweet little patio with seating for 2. Right on the Main Street but it is such a quiet town it never felt busy. Nice shops and restaurant within a block. Welcome bottle of wine & coffee/creamer available was a nice touch. The apartment is above a store....

「I think it should be advertised that this is an older hotel. In the advertisement it didn’t say it was a hotel.」

「The property in the photos is as pictured. The host Beau was great with communication. Check-in was easy and we had beautiful views of the lake. The pool was a nice break from the high temperatures. We have stayed a couple of times and will be back the next time we are in lake city!」

「This place is outstanding. Very clean and a beautiful view of the lake. Would highly recommend staying here. We will book again for next year. Or sooner. 」

「the room was great, would have been nice to have a Keurig style coffee maker so we could have had morning coffee, only 2 coffees for for 2 people for 2 days. the room is really bright in the morning not sure you could do much about that LOL we were very satisfied with our stay thanks!!」

「Very happy with our experience staying here. Very clean and modern, inside and out and fun room decor. We also enjoyed playing the bags and ladder games on front lawn across from lake. Pool wasnt warm enough to take a dip. Easy check-in and host was readily available. Made friends with resort cat...Would recommend!」

「Nice room that was great for a one night stay. But, bring your own pillow as they were too hard. 」
