「When we come to Aruba we usually stay Marriott. This time we decided to try Joia. It’s a new hotel. But that’s where the good things stopped. If you come to the beach too early no umbrellas or chairs are put out. Usually they’re starting to do that after 8-8:30 am. Also, if you didn’t come early enough the staff puts towels on the chairs claiming it’s for members only. So if that’s the case it should be advertised as such hotel. For members of some club only. Apparently if you paid $1,000.00...

「The casitas and lobby staff are terrific. The hotel is such a nice special space that they made feel secluded even though it’s on the main road. Almost everyone who works there is lovely. The room was always cleaned wonderfully and the amenities by the pool are great. I would never stay anywhere else in Aruba again. 」

「Bed sheets was clean but in my shower I found old hair on the walls and I didn’t get to even enjoy the private pool in the room due to the pool being dirty . But the property is quiet. The main pool was clean. 」

「Unfortunately, this resort has gone downhill on every level possible. I will not be staying here again. 」
