Having Shuttle is a must for this hotel as it is located far from City, which is ideal for retreat and personal quiet time. Breakfast is served well with many choices, and pool is fantastic. Lots of greenery inside hotel, even saw couple of peacock walking at the side of the pool and also restaurant.... very wild but enjoyable.

The hotel room for single person is small yet cozy. A little smell from the closet. The bathroom is neat and tidy which is enough for one person. The working desk next to the bed is not large but yet sufficient for placing a laptop with a keyboard. The bed is a bit soft but still acceptable (as a person that prefers sleeping on hard beds). A drinking fountain is available for each floor.

check-in extremely slow, no idea what takes them so long. It's slower than opening a bank account on the 1st night I called several times for a kettle then half an hour later they gave me one that didn't work can't believe it's a five star hotel in Singapore
