The registration area was just off the casino floor. The pulsating music was way too loud. You had to shout to talk with the registration staff. I felt sorry for them that they had to listen to that all day long. And registration took about 30 minutes. So not a great beginning. The room itself was okay. Nothing fancy but a decent value. But the hotel is not within walking distance of the Strip so that was a little inconvenient, and they still charged a big resort fee. The free parking is a nice bonus. It’s a good alternative to the pricier hotels if you are looking to economize and prefer being off the main drag.

Casino and staff were great, room was clean but didn’t have the clean smell and room was kind of outdated like the tv. Would go back tho because it was very affordable.

While the Four Seasons in Las Vegas is lovely, it often feels quite busy with a high volume of children and constant activity; in contrast, the Waldorf provided a peaceful retreat that perfectly suited our preferences. The service was impeccable, the rooms were pristine, and the overall ambiance made for a much more relaxing getaway. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a refined and quiet experience on the Strip. Beautiful clean place. Do wish there was coffee machine in the room

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Riu in NYC. The room was very clean however a bit too small for 4 people. Upon check-in we received 2 bottles of complementary water in the room, when requested for 2 additional, 1 per person, the gentleman’s response was go to the restaurant to purchase additional water or use the faucet in the bathroom. Another major concern is the elevator system during breakfast hours. Apparently the process to access the restaurant is via the elevators therefore causing an extreme long delays. We had to eventually walk down 12 stories after waiting 15mins for an elevator. Other than that, location is great and I may consider staying here on another trip to NYC.

The hotel was great! We are a family of 5 and in NYC most places wanted us to book 2 rooms. I found RIU and the price was awesome. When we arrived the staff was professional and all of them were genuinely thankful we chose to stay there. The hotel was very clean. There was a woman cleaning the lobby every time we stepped foot in it. The hotel looked super fancy as my tween girls said! Our room was great and we would stay here again! Thank you RIU staff and Expedia.
