A wonderful base in Tokyo. 2 restaurants: French and Japanese. Good breakfast with waterfall view. No room service but/restaurants/supermarket so close it not a problem
No English TV, CNN, BBC etc all Japanese but suits the vibe.

Awesome hotel, in a great position right in the middle of Shinjuku but all rhe rooms are from the 10th up so no noise. Would definitely recommend

Service was amazing. Even though I dont speak Japanese they were very helpful. Facilities were clean and the amenities and shopping is plentiful. Very close to good restaurants and easy access to the public transit system. Tourists shoudl definitely get the 1 day 3day or 1 week transit pass at the front desk. Cash only.
