From check in when we arrived off an early flight yo find our room was ready, then free gift of drinks, to room amenities being replaced very quickly from we asked. To a great and well stocked, great variety of breakfast, the helpfulness of staff and simple check out! Brilliant hotel, great location to Buckingham Palace and all the sites! Will definitely be back!
And a good price for great accommodation!
