Shikanoshima Island Adventure Holidays

The lobby is on the 4th floor but there’s no sign to advise. It made us to go around a few minutes to figure it out. Other than this pretty good place.

Pro:This hotel is very convenient as it's right at the JR station exit 5. Con: It has very strong cemenet smells in the hallway. The breakfast was not very impressive as it has the same meals for the two days we stayed. No swimming pool or onsen facility.

No complaints. The room was clean and comfy and came with a washer/dryer unit. It also, had a microwave, fridge and hot plate. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had limited options but all still very good.

Property was nice but the staff not so much. Literally no one spoke English, I know we’re in a different Country but I’d expect at least someone. Had to use translate app to talk to all staff and there were major miscommunications. Because of this and the fact they nickel and dime you for everything I would not stay here again.

I spent three nights at this location; the hotel management and the staffs met all my expectations in rendering pleasant stays and made this Fukuoka trip a highly enjoyable one for me.

Nice clean, new property. Lots of space and comfortable. Great communication with management before and during stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

Lovely hotel and excellence service. Very comfortable room. Right my a metro station on the line to the airport and Hakata rail station. A jewel.

The Hotel was new, so clean and beautiful. Near to places and really good if you are going with your family.
