Jose and security. He saved my life. Karina at the resto bar; she helped Jose save my life.
Fix the shades in the room tho'. They don't work. And the beds are made up weirdly. Just sayin'.
Only one friendly person at the front--the Black gay guy with the glasses--sorry--but he was great. I'm so old I remember when there was a concierge in a hotel and that person knew everything and could help you.
The elevator guy in front of the elevators to the rooms. He was great; he helped me until I got used to the strange numbering of the elevators.
