Location was perfect to walk to all the sights. However, check in was deplorable. Waiting for nearly an hour, 10 minutes spent on each guest, computer issues. More staff at the.Concierge then at check in despite no line there. Room didn’t have enough towels for two people which is annoying given booking.

Hotel was great. Location was perfect. Access to subway was easy in all directions. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants in the heart of Times Square. I liked how they checked room keys in order to enter elevators. We had breakfast vouchers which made breakfast affordable each morning. Check in and check out were easy. Enjoyed the happy hour specials at the Rum House. Cute bar with a fun atmosphere. Rooms are pretty small. Would have liked a small refrigerator to keep things cold. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Everything about staying at tempo was wonderful. All the staff I had an encounter with were amazing and helpful. The view from our view was amazing, able to see time square. It was a perfect vacation stay. This was a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and loved everything about it. Will be staying here again.
