The staff there were extremely helpful, and it never felt like they were rushing you, even when it got busy. Clean room and in a great spot downtown.

The room and amenities were perfect, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The location was perfect, this part of city was very walkable for us.

everything was just a 10/10!!!

Our room was very nice, soft beds with lots of pillows. The bathroom amenities were lovely. The hotel was quiet with efficient elevators, little waiting. The location was great for eating out, shopping and easy access to Blue Jays and Leafs games. The staff were very polite; the attendants for parking and assisting with entering and leaving cars at the entrance were especially helpful. A couple of things were a bit inconvenient. The gizmo used instead of a chain for door security was loose and we had to make sure it did not accidentally sag down and block the door opening , when we were leaving the room. The closet had double doors with no way to keep the doors open , with the result that we spent a lot of time elbowing a door aside while grubbing around in the dark trying to find something in the suitcase. That said we found the Westin to be very satisfactory overall.
