The staff was very helpful, though it probably helped that one of us spoke some Japanese because their English was not as strong as in major cities like Tokyo and Osaka. The property was beautiful, the pool is lovely, and the food at the Olu Grill was great.

Would like the shuttle to the beach to run longer in the summer. Even to provide access to the restaurants on the main road for lunch and dinner.

It is the best accommodation except that there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby.

We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!

We have stayed at the Zoe Resort Sunset Village two times now, and both trips have been amazing! It is close to many restaurants and things to do with kids. It is also very quiet and has beautiful views up on the hillside. We will definitely be staying there again!
