Ac never came above 25 degrees for 4 nights. We complained they gave us a fan to the end. The ladies at front desk were nice I have to say but everything else needs work. Rooms were ok and would have been great if the AC were working. We actually got 3 rooms and all 3 had same problem.
Breakfast was excellent on the Sunday, they had a Maya cooking outside and presentation was amazing. The days after the servers were kind of slow and rude.
Nice beach, great property but customer service was not on par.

This was one of the best experiences we've ever had at an all inclusive resort. The resort itself is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of activities. The water park was a blast. The restaurant choices and the food were excellent.
