The staff were so helpful and kind! The hotel felt like an oasis!

Room was clean and very close to the train and Metro line. It is located in the business district and is about 20-30 minutes walk away from the main attractions. Depending on where your room is located it can get noisy at night from the all the people drinking and singing on the outside terasse.

Good location, a few minutes walk from the center, and from the Train station. Rooms have nice high ceilings, very comfortable beds, fridge, coffee maker, and a safe. Very comfortable. No front desk or key, access is by code for the front door and room… still getting used to that set up. No issues, good experience.

Great place to stay. Quite a good location etc. The breakfast however was a bit exuberantly priced.

Enjoyed the firmness of the mattress. Room was clean and spacious. Great hair products and accessories. Staff was very polite and super friendly.

You’re basically in the high end shopping district, Gucci and Prada are literally across the street. Everything you want to see in Brussels is a 20 minute walk away, location is very convenient.

A little unconventional of a service model but everything about the stay ended out good.

The Hotel is centrally located. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food in the Iris, exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.
