Tohoku All inclusive Holidays

It doesn’t have LAN access. TV is neither Android nor Smart. Limited choice of amenities. There’s no microwave and ice machine in public area.

Right in a shopping area, so the gf was happy. Easy to get to and access to plenty of things. Room was nice, but could've had better pillows. TV allowed for me to login to Netflix and YouTube accounts for watching stuff when winding down which was a plus. Amenities like razor blades, toothbrush, etc were free. Would stay here again.

Walking distance to great shopping and eating. Far from the city busyness.

Room was clean and modern. Helpful and polite staff. Like the fact that the hotel is located near some business complex, less crowded yet less than 8 minutes walk to the station. Will definitely come back on my next trip.

The hotel is in a great location for getting around and visiting all the attractions Hakodate has to offer. The lobby is open and welcoming, and the staff are wonderful. There is even a free coffee machine, and the matcha latte it makes is delicious and addictive. The onsen bath was perfect and offers a great view from the top floor! They also provide free ice pops and cream sticks near the entrance to the men’s and women’s onsen. As others have mentioned, the breakfast is excellent. My only complaint is the room. While not bad, the Double Room with a King bed felt run down and very “well used.” It was clean and tidy, but it has certainly seen better days. That said, I can overlook this because everything else about the hotel was fantastic. As for restaurants and dining options, right outside the main entrance there is a cluster of eateries offering a great variety of food, and they are not affiliated with the hotel.

If you are heading to Sendai, highly recommend this hotel. It has all the qualities that a traveler would want. Engaging and helpful staff. Spacious and immaculately clean room. Bed was very comfortable and even the pajamas provided fitted well and was nicely pressed. The hotel, a 2-minute walk from a subway station, is next to two 24-hour convenient stores. Can’t beat that!

I like their amenities and pajamas. I also like the shampoo and conditioner they provide in the bathroom.Their qualify is excellent.

The breakfast buffet option had a variety of fresh foods and it was all delicious. The staff were very kind and professional. The room was spacious and nice. The hotel had a very cozy charm and atmosphere. The location was great, super close to the station and it was easy to walk to many nice places. Would definitely stay here again!
