It is at center of the Jeju city and near the airport (about 10 mins by bus), so it was convenient to use public transportations. The breakfast was really good especially in light of the price. The room was clean and staffs were kind.

The concierge was really helpful with Korean wordage for a clinic I went to. My daughter lives in Korea but struggles with medical/legal verbiage. They also helped lining up a driver for two days. Very helpful and caring
