I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

This hotel is in the heart of Myeoungdong, close to everything but pretty dated. Nice view of Namsan tower but the window needed a cleaning and the room smelled weird. Everything was outdated and needed a fresh renovation. Big plus was the brunch downstairs. Food was really good with many options and the price was exceptionally good. The entrance to the hotel was a mess with picketers when we stayed there a big eye sore. I probably wouldn’t stay there again since there are so many options nearby at this price point.

Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very nice bathroom with bath and shower.The rooms are a good size for solo travellers however people with multiple suitcases may struggle for space. No wardrobe space provided in the room I stayed in. The room layout is the biggest negative as the sliding door can’t fully block the automatic motion sensor light in the corridor which is activated by people walking past the room outside. Also the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, therefore the room is quite warm.

The location of the hotel is good; it's a fairly easy walk to many of the central sites of interest to tourists, and not far from the central business district. The breakfast is varied, though the hours are a bit limited for a late sleeper like me - breakfast closed promptly at 9:30 am on a weekday. I arrived late at the hotel on my first night - well after midnight - yet the staff were wide awake and friendly, which I really appreciated. The only problem I had was with the electrical power outlets in my room. For some reason, the plugs on my phone chargers fit very loosely, and I had some trouble getting the chargers to stay connected.

Room was very clean. The location was great.

The gym is the best I’ve found in a hotel in Seoul. Proper squat rack if not a hexbar Completely ridiculous that you’re paying that price and you go downstairs and they tell you you can’t get a set at the buffet. Big red flag. The buffet is amazing. Their system is wack

Everything was comfortable and clean. The host answered back quickly for requests and where helpful at all times. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed in both the hotel and the suites. The good - good breakfast selection, the hotel was very clean and well maintained though a bit dated in parts and very quiet in common areas with the main floor bar unfortunately closed. It is quite a great building but out from main shopping areas. Staff very helpful. The apartment suites very, very dated and dirty surrounds eg weeds growing on balcony, bathroom and decor dated, pillows need replacing and supplies limited - no dishwashing liquid or tea towel provided. Bath towels in the apartment were the size of large tea towels- seriously!! On the plus early check in and washer dryer excellent - we shifted to the suites for one night to spread out and do our laundry before continuing our travel. Glad it wasn’t more than a night. TVs in both facilities were not smart TVs making it difficult for foreign speaking channel selections. Convenient for airport if coming by car.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

Very accessible area for food, shopping and transportation. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Staff was excellent; lobby area was nice with complimentary coffee, tea, water bottles, and cookies. Disposable utensils and plates were also available. The room and washroom was dated. The room was also not sound proof from rooms above and below. There is AC, kettle, and dryer available in the room. The room could accommodate 5-6 guests (Family)
