Outstanding staff at frontdesk, service and reatuarant. Great buffet. Good location and access to metro, bisses and taxis. Easy walk to museum row.

Pestana CR7 is located in the heart of Madrid in Gran Vía, its amenities are excellent, the rooms are great, and the breakfast has a lot of variety. But the highlight is its personnel, always willing to help, to make your stay the most comfortable one.

Coffee in room was absolutely awful! The worst I’ve ever experienced. However, the room was large and bed comfortable. Desk was attentive and amenities good. Place looks like it needs an upgrade, but the price was appropriate for what was offered! Breakfast was too expensive for our needs. Didn’t use it so can’t comment on it.

central location and friendly stuff, lots of restaurants nearby

Convenient location, but parking is difficult and not ideal for travelers with a car. Elevators are small and require transfers, which can be inconvenient. Our room had a nice view, but there was a noticeable sewer smell. Overall, it did not feel like a Michelin-level hotel.
