This is one of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed in, beautiful rooms, close to skytrain transit to take you either downtown or into Richmond, excellent sushi and other restaurants within walking distance, very friendly and helpful staff, I always stay here when in Vancouver and am a huge fan of this lovely small hotel.

Amazing staff! Whatever we needed they had us covered. From ice to the room to bringing us a bag my wife says that I left in the car! Of of course I did! lol
Left car at valet after our stay to get brunch to return to the car and all our bags were packed in the car. Fantastic

Stylish, Cozy Staycation with European Charm
I stayed at Moda Hotel for a downtown staycation and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a charming, boutique feel that’s warm and inviting without trying too hard. The foyer is cozy, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt thoughtfully curated.
I loved the European influence throughout the property, especially with Uva and Cibo right next door—it gives the hotel a distinctly continental vibe that’s rare in Vancouver. The location is fantastic for walking the city, and it feels like a great home base whether you’re visiting or simply enjoying a change of scenery.
A lovely option for anyone who appreciates character-driven boutique hotels over big-box chains. I’d happily stay again.
