- Easy check-in (about 5-10mins), can be done online as well - Functional cards to access the rooms; had one issue that was resolved in 5mins - I have not personally tried the food over there but I’ve been told it’s not terrible - I’ve not used the laundry systems but there is a paper in the closet with the prices; seems kind of expensive honestly since it’s a cost per piece of clothing; same thing for ironing - Rooms are very nice, bathroom as well, bidet included - The cleaning team is nice, but I will say that once it’s past 11-12, it is unlikely that they will pass again even if we indicate that the room is free to be cleaned - Communication with the hotel team is easy with a little Spanish skill; they speak a little english as well so it’s easy to bridge both languages - Gym available; didn’t use it, but it seemed to have enough equipment to work out Overall: 4/5, I never really had to think much about the hotel in a negative sense, but it didn’t stick out to me in a way that I’d be excited to come back to rest. **The available pictures are after the cleaning personnel passed while we were using the room (we didn’t mind, we just wanted to stay in but still have the room cleaned); so it wasn’t done 100%. When we would leave though, it’d be done perfectly.**

Good hotel, central area. Clean room and bathroom.

I loved this Hotel. It was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and helpful with out reservation and stay. It has a gorgeous view when you go to the rooftop and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Location was perfect!

Pool was great and relaxing, staff were very attentive. Hotel was very nice and our room was really clean and we enjoyed the extra detail of the evening room change over service. The staff went out of there to do something nice for my birthday, which was very kind. Thank you, The Madrid Edition. We would come again.
