Southern Madrid Beach Holidays

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was located on a very quiet and safe street just steps away from anything one would need. We could walk just a short distance to Grand Via, the Palace/Cathedral, Market, Groceries, etc. It was spotless, stocked with everything we needed and more. It was also very well decorated. Access was a breeze and there was an elevator too. The host was prompt with responses and super helpful when we needed a special favour. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

I give this hotel 4 stars because the first night our window faced the parking lot and our door was next to staff entrance. We got moved to another room in 2nd floor, and no complaints, all beautiful even the decor was nicer than previous room. The staff was extremely helpful, they make our stay very comfortable but the first night was rough . Definitely, you need a car if you are staying at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel but front desk staff significantly let it down.

The description was incorrect. It said bathroom, but there was not a bathroom, but a toilet behind a glass door and a shower behind a glass door, so you heard and saw everything. The pictures were deceiving, since there was no separate bathroom. We had booked a courtyard view, but there was no courtyard we could see. Since it was called UMusic Hotel with a music hall venue, we were unable to see any music being performed while we were there for 5 nights. We asked to see the music being performed, but were told we were not allowed in for any of the shows. Highly disappointed with the listing photos of the room and access to the music hall. If this is a 5 star hotel, it did not meet the requirements as listed on the web site. But, the staff was great and the breakfast delicious.
