Changxing Island Beach Holidays

I gave the 1 start to Expedia,not the Hotel, the Hotel was wonderful the staff, the room, everything was perfect about the Hotel. I booked a 4 adult room and Expedian booked 2 adult 2 chicken, which was so wrong and I ended up buying a second room just because Expedian mistake, so disappointed.

Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.

If you’re booking this place for an amazing room with an amazing view and a bath tub by the window you will not be disappointed. If you are booking this for the pool area, don’t get your hopes up, it feels more like a public bath house than a luxury hotel pool, similar feel with the spa. The overall hotel and rooms are nice, I just felt like they needed a deep clean and a bit of TLC, grouting etc. light switches and AC seemed to have a mind of their own and didn’t always respond to pressing the light switches. I loved staying here, but that’s my constructive criticism. It misses a few of those tick boxes that take it upto being a world class hotel. More of an Instagram hotel that looks great for the pictures

Very modern and excellent premises. Location is fantastic with the residences being connected to the IFC mall. The staff was also very good and quick to respond with our needs. Most restaurants etc are in the areas in the other side of the river but they are a short taxi ride away and the premises has a subway station right below it. Highly recommended.

Hi , Ni Hao. The hotel was so clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and maintained well with the staff .There is an outside pool that looks beautiful from the top as it is a heart shaped . Although , I did not managed to use it as we only had a limited time .. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The staff that we met with my daughter in the reception from day one till we checked out had loads of patience. 😊😊😊😊😊Every time I go and ask for questions they are really helpful in translating it to English from Chinese . They both wears a smile and willing to help .The shuttle is free going to Disneyland Shanghai.( only around 18 minutes from this hotel) There are options in the buffet breakfast , so you can choose what you want . I hope I took a photo with the two staff that accommodated as when we arrived so I can ask for their names .They are pretty , always wears a smile and are willing to help . I have left the Teddy Stuff toy in the room and is waiting for it to get arranged and shipped. I will recommend it for travellers whether for group of friends, single , couple or family groups .So , if you visit Shanghai -do book here. Lizel Ibanez -United Kingdom

The location is really nice and the apartment large and comfortable. We had a couple issues (internet & bedding) but the staff reacted quickly to try and resolve the problems. Everyone was kind and responsive. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby.
