沖繩中部 海灘假期之旅

這次住宿體驗非常愉快，員工親切熱情，服務周到；房間視野遼闊、風景優美，住得舒適放鬆，值得推薦！

房間整潔，室外泳池多選擇，早餐美味。

The room is a bit old trend of Japanese modern. But their breakfast is full of choices and varieties. The staffs are nice but might not be fluent to English.

飯店設施好，但旺季入住人數太多，所有設施都需要排隊，早餐尤為嚴重，飯店附近沒有超商，最近的超商需要開車才能抵達，所以入住機能不算方便。

1. Check in system has chance for improvement, waited in queue for 30 minutes, and our “check in” took for 20 minutes (although we reserved for 4 days but in two type of the rooms) 2. 2nd reservation, the refrigerator still left with melted ice cream, the refrigerator makes feel its malfunction and need ourselves to clean for spaces for our drinks 3. 2nd reservation has lounge access but not for kids by default, although we have mentioned we don’t need that, but still charged us which need precautious check (additional with 40k jpy) 4. 2nd reservation at first charged us with two additional beds, which we have only with one additional bed (and seemed 6 year old no need for charging the breakfast with 2000 jpy?)

The room on the executive floor had a really bad smell. I asked the staff if they were able to do anything about it; however, after multiple requests, they only offered to provide me with a spray that would get rid of the smell. The other alternative room that they offered also had a similar smell. The staff were not extremely eager to help, which was a little disappointing. Also, the bed sheets were quite coarse and rough. Yet, I appreciate their efforts to make our stay during the typhoon less hectic.
