The staff were helpful. Newly renovated rooms.we were lucky to get an Upgrade and had the most amazing view.
Buffet breakfast good selection of food. Coffee poor. Swimming pool area so over crowded. Most chairs were taken by 8.30am Steep walk down to the ‘beach’ - no sand just rocks. Once again, most chairs were taken by around 9am.
We had a very disappointing meal at the hotel steak restaurant. Overall I would give this hotel 6/10.

Highly recommended place to stay if you visit Dubrovnik.
Clean room, polite staff and comfortable.
Great facilities and restaurants in the resort area.
Frequent shuttle bus travelling between resort and old town
Self Driving in Old town is restricted and hotel within old town not recommended ( tons of stairs awaiting you).

"酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗"
