This place was very centralized to our planned activities and close to the airport. We had plenty of space for 5 adults. Having a kitchen with appliances was a plus. We do not try out the pool as it was really cold. Overall good stay

We stayed for 3nights. The first day of buffet breakfast we had…the food selections at the main lobby restaurant were suboptimal. The egg omelette tasted like it was a powder mix.
Food Buffet presentation was poor.
We had the privilege to go to The one at the 28th floor breakfast buffet based on the type of booking we had, the made to cook breakfast was better.
We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful.
Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra refill available to use even though we started with very minimal to use. The same with facial tissues available.
It looks like this hotel is going through transition and looks understaffed
I hope it gets better because I like the location.

This is a property where Expedia doesn't get a great room. My room was against a roadway and there was only warm water. I was called on the telephone at about 5 am after not sleeping well to start. The hotel changed my room twice after a wait of almost 3 hours but the room was barely better. I would have rather been left where i was than to wait so long to change rooms. They eventual did offer something and i was happier. Thanks Patrick
