Bartender at the sports lounge was snappy when we changed our mind about ordering food after saying we were hungry, there were many great options, but she already came off super rude, and the vibes were weird so we wanted to just leave after our drinks, when I handed her the menu and said thank you, she made a comment “I don’t wanna take the menu from you if your gonna change your mind again five mins later” we just kinda laughed and then finished our drinks, she was clearly in a bad mood but we still tipped 5 dollars each because we figured maybe she was just having a terrible day, either way it sucked. Also my husband is hard at hearing and she treated him pretty awful with an attitude anytime he became confused. Her conversations with other guest didn’t really go any better. We came to the conclusion that hopefully it wasn’t personal and maybe next time will be better but for the price of the resort fee, it kinda sucked for hospitality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful… The room was clean and very spacious, much more than your typical hotel room… That is super important and very much appreciated. It makes the stay much more comfortable.

Room as in good condition, bedding was clean & water pressure was amazing, staff were very friendly & helpful!! I gave 4 stars only bcuz there was an odd smell in the hallway all 4 days. At first I thought it was food someone else had but after a few days i realized it was something else. One of the other people in our party
