Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, ranging from hotel facility and services. We booked a double room, 2 adult. However, hotel only provides one plastic cup in washroom for teeth brushing. Wondering how can a 4 stars hotel will do that, thinking about us to share a plastic cup. It's weird already for such a 4 stars hotel using plastic cup. That's about 2 stars hotel. Wi Fi is not working either, lucky we've our own Wi Fi egg. Buffet breakfast is not that great, coffee not tasting good from the machine. Location is alright, close to a subway but need to change metro subway to visit tourist areas or central station. Not worth the money that you spent on the hotel rate.
