Beautiful resort, I gave it an 3 stars because my room door was broken, & all the resturant was booked or stated full for dinner, but the ones we actually managed to find we once walked in, Its empty.
Also they need to have better communication on how or when the carts operates to take you to another resorts. We had dinner at the Esmarelda & couldnt find a cart to carry us or bring us back to ambar. A staff took us but we had to pay him.
The lobby was beautiful & i enjoyed the beach.
