Southern Vietnam Cheap Holidays

Lots of options for breakfast, however the quality was good but not as good as some of the other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. The staff knows English well and are very kind and helpful. The area the hotel is located in is amazing. The views from the rooftop pool and lounge are amazing.

Room is quite old but very clean. Staff was exceptional. They were all very nice, professional, and helpful. I would come back just because of the staff and the exceptional service that they provided. Hotel location is right in downtown area with easy access to shopping, food, and attractions. Metro is nearby which is another great plus.

I thought the Sky bar was good entertainment good, However what upset me was I asked for my bill to be charged to the room 1 night,And was told I was unable too. But it was ok to do that a couple of nights before. I paid every bill cash in hotel. When I didn’t want to go to my room to my safe to get cash I just said charge it to my room please, And was then told because I hadn’t left a deposit (I Was unsure what they meant)I was unable to charge to my room. In front of people and felt embarrassed. So I would never return to this hotel because of this reason.

Amazing staff from porters, front desk, concierge, room service, and all. The hotel exceeded our expectations, we were there for 4 days and had the best time.
