Location is excellent in Mongkok. We love it because it connected to the big malls n the Metro inside the hotel. So convenient to everywhere. Highly recommended . I would love to come back n stay again.

Staff is ok not super friendly! Amenities are kind of old. It is more for tour groups staying.
Only one 7-11 next to the hotel (close by 11pm), if arrive super late, you might not get any toiletries supplies. NO toothbrush or toothpaste provided (due to environmental saving it claimed). It is not quite true. I found these in another hotel where I stayed in HK where they are environmentally safe toothbrush and toothpaste.
