Lovely staff incredibly helpful. Super great location. We would come back again but stay in a different room. This room was incredibly tiny me and my partner had what I would consider a 1 person bed.

While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional.
The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel.

Lovely room. Had a spa treatment (deep tissue massage) which was excellent. Food was excellent - the lobster omlette with bisque sauce (part of the standard options for breakfast buffet) was exceptional
