My purse was stolen from my room. I never reported it because I should have locked it in the safe. I fortunately took my valuable items out of the purse before leaving the room. The first room had blood stains in the tub so they gave me another room and that is where my items were taken.

The room didn’t seem throughly cleaned from last occupants. Found balls of hair in the carpet and there were strands of hair left in the bathroom sink. Could also see residue on the toilet seat (which came off easily with a disinfecting wipe) which led us to believe it wasn’t even wiped down previously. Overall the public areas of the hotel were nice and clean.Front desk staff and pool staff were friendly.
