Very spacious apartment with a well-designed layout. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it’s within walking distance to two stations. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

The Hotel Chinzanso is now the only place we will stay in Tokyo. They took such good care of us and the gardens are so beautiful that we can’t imagine staying anywhere else. We also think it is a very good value when you account for all of the amenities. We knew that Hotel Chinzanso had a private garden for guests but we had no idea how beautiful and unique it is. The actual name for the garden is “Forest Aurora and Sea of Clouds”. The “sea of clouds” effect is created by generating a mist that covers the streams and pools. At night they add a tasteful laser show and a gong to enhance the experience. It is magical. The garden has a koi pond that is home to dozens of beautiful fish. There is also a tranquil waterfall and water wheel. There are also statues of deities lining many of the paths. On top of the hill resides a classic pagoda with a shrine inside. We spent hours exploring the grounds during our stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Our suite was a “superior room garden view”. Definitely get the garden view. It was surprisingly spacious. Lots of classy amenities like electric curtains. It had a very executive feel to it. First rate!

The rooms here are extremely well taken care of and the staff are wonderful and friendly. I usually stay here when I visit.

Staff was wonderful and courteous and polite. Strongly recommended to stay in this hotel. A truly a 5 stars hotel in Tokyo!

This hotel is super young and stylish vibe that doesn’t feel like other typical hotel at all. Big Thanks to Mune, he was seriously nice and helpful. And we had the BEST fun playing table football with another super friendly female staff member (sorry I totally forgot to ask her name). The fact that the staff actually hang out and play games with guests is what made it so special. My partner and I had so much fun. Such a cool, human touch that we’ll never forget. Definitely one of the most memorable stays ever.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious! I also really enjoyed the public bath.
